The property has a sunny, private patio with table and seating enjoying valley and sea views, and stairs rise from the conservatory up to the first floor accommodation, with a large, light -filled living room/ kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The newly fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge with ice-box, and a glass dining table is situated by one of the two floor to ceiling windows so guests can enjoy the views of the garden, village and sea beyond. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, new 22" LCD TV with DVD player and iPod dock and Radio/CD player. The double bedroom, which also has 2 windows, has ample storage, and the en-suite is fitted with a shower cubicle, wc, basin and heated towel rail.
Guests are able to enjoy the 3 acres of gardens at Mevagissey House, and the harbour and restaurants are approx 5 mins walk away. Sorry - no children, no smoking, no pets.
